Abstract Thought 9
So apparently, in psychology today I learned that stressed parents who conceive a fetus while under the affects of stress expose their fetus to hormones related to stress.
So basically the fetus grows up feeling stressed.
Dutch Famine survivors, who were children, show a lot more health problems compared to the norm, such as higher risk of quick anger and bi-polarism.
Can this explain why society is the way it is now? I don’t want to sound mean or judgmental, but there are so many problems in the world today (psychological / cognitive) come from children who’s parents were stressed at the time?
